Certification Tracks

Get certified at VISION! We are now offering a separate certification course for Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support package certifications.  Get the best of both worlds by joining us for at  VISION to learn about best practices and how to improve your entire work force and then join our certification program for the last two days.  We are also offering two workshops if you are interested in other training topics.

Our customer certification programs will give you a greater self-sufficiency to troubleshoot and resolve issues without WorkForce Support involvement and get you a faster resolution of issues when WorkForce Support is required.

CT101: Level 1 – T&A System Troubleshooting

Duration: 2.5 Days – Wednesday, May2 afternoon – Friday, May 4

Overview: This course introduces the technical concepts necessary to understand how the WorkForce Time and Attendance (WT&A) system works. Through instruction and interactive exercises, attendees will obtain an understanding of key functional and technical concepts and learn to perform initial troubleshooting and system administrative tasks.

Audience: Business analysts and application administrators responsible for their company’s WorkForce Time and Attendance system.

Prerequisite: None

CT102: Level 2 – Configuration Maintenance

Duration: 2 Days – Thursday, May 3 – Friday, May 4

Overview: This course teaches participants to make the basic configuration changes needed to maintain a WorkForce Software Time and Attendance system. Through instruction and interactive exercises, attendees will learn to make configuration changes to a few key policies that change frequently in response to changing business needs.

Audience: Business Analysts and System Administrators responsible for their company’s WorkForce Time and Attendance system.

Prerequisite: Customer Certification Level 1: Time and Attendance Troubleshooting

CT103: Advanced Configuration Maintenance

Duration: 2 Days – Thursday, May 3 – Friday, May 4

Overview: This course enables the attendee to translate their additional business needs into functional and technical components within their current WorkForce Time & Attendance system. Through instruction and interactive exercises, attendees will learn how to make changes and additions, using the recommended best practices to avoid compromising their existing configuration and system performance.

Audience: Business Analysts and System Administrators responsible for their company’s WorkForce Time and Attendance system.

Prerequisites:

  • Certification Level I: Time and Attendance Troubleshooting
  • Certification Level II: Time and Attendance System Maintenance

WorkForce Absence Compliance Tracker: Configuration Maintenance

Duration: 1 Day – Thursday, May 3

Overview: This course teaches participants to make routine configuration changes within a live WorkForce Absence Compliance Tracker (ACT) configuration. Through instruction and interactive exercises, participants will learn to make minor configuration changes to areas of ACT that change frequently, including documents, workflows, and email notifications.

Audience: Business Analysts and System Administrators responsible for their company’s WorkForce Time and Attendance system.

Prerequisites:

  • ACT implementation training and/or end user experience with ACT
  • Completion of and certification in CT102: WorkForce Time and Attendance Configuration Maintenance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word

Customer Workshop: WorkForce Time Analytics

Duration: 1 Day — Offered twice: Once on Thursday, May 3 and once on Friday, May 4

Overview: In this workshop, attendees gain hands-on experience exploring and creating ad hoc reports within a Sample environment. Topics also cover how to identify the best reporting tool for the job and how WorkForce Analytics should be accessed by various users.

Audience: Business Analysts and System Administrators responsible for their company’s WorkForce Time and Attendance system.

Prerequisites:

  • Completion of and certification in CT101: WorkForce Time and Attendance Troubleshooting
  • Recommended: Familiarity with basic database concepts
